It turns out your pelvic floor muscles are huge fans of yoga and can massively benefit from learning how to perform stretches correctly. ✨ Why practice Yoga for the Pelvic Floor: 🌀 Better Body Awareness > Because knowing where your pelvic floor is the first step to improving its strength! 💨 Breath Work for control > Deep abdominal breathing isn’t just relaxing—it’s like a spa day for your pelvic floor. 🧘‍♀️ Gentle Strengthening > Poses like Bridge, Goddess, and Garland Pose help tone those deep muscles without turning needing to spend hours in the gym 📉 Bye-Bye Tension > Yoga helps release tight, overworked pelvic floor muscles (yes, tight can be just as problematic as weak!). 💃 Core Connection > Yoga doesn’t isolate just one muscle at a time, you’ll get a full body workout, syncing breath, core, and pelvic floor. 🌟 Whether you’re dealing with leaks, pregnancy/postpartum, or just want to age like a strong, bendy goddess, this workshop will be sure to treat your pelvic floor to the love it deserves. Spaces are limited to allow for lots of individual support and all the equipment is provided. If you prefer to bring your own yoga mat/bolsters etc then please feel free, and you may wish to bring along a blanket and/or pillow for extra comfort.
